Pure Word of God
The Pure, Preserved Word of God

The words of the Lord are pure words:
as silver tried in a fire of earth, purified seven times.
Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.
Psalm 12:6,7

God's Word is Pure

Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it. (Ps. 119:140)

Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever. (Ps. 119:160)

I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil. (Ps. 119:162)

I have seen an end of all perfection: but thy commandment is exceeding broad. (Ps. 119:96)

Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. (Prov. 30:5)

But whoso looketh in to the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deeds. (James 1:25)

That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us: (Heb 6:18)

Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. (John 17:17)

That I might know the certainty of the words of truth; that thou mightest answer the words of truth to them that send unto thee. (Prov 22:21)

For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe. (1 Thess 2:13)
(Paul is greatful that the believers recieved the word of God, they did not treat it as the words of men, but as the word of God.)

As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. (Ps. 18:30)

Concerning the works of men, by the word of thy lips I have kept me from the paths of the destroyer. (Ps. 17:4)

I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name. (Ps. 138:2)

The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. (Ps. 19:7,8)

And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come. (Heb 6:5)

O Lord, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. (Isa 25:1)

It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Matthew 4:4

 God has Preserved His Word

But the word of the Lord endureth for ever.  And this is the word by which the gospel is preached unto you. (1 Pet 1:25)

Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away. (Matt 24:35; Mark 13:31; Luke 21:33)

As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the LORD; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith the LORD, from henceforth and for ever. (Isaiah 59:21)
…and the scripture cannot be broken; (Jn 10:35b)
And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail. (Lk 16:17)
For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. (Matt 5:18)

Thy word is true from the beginning: and EVERY ONE of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever. (Ps 119:160)

For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to ALL generations. (Ps 100:5)

I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him. (Ecc 3:14)

O praise the LORD, all ye nations: praise him, all ye people.
For his merciful kindness is great toward us:
and the truth of the LORD endureth for ever.  Praise ye the LORD.
Psalm 117

The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.  Isaiah 40:8
